Meet your painter/installer:

Scott was born and raised in Delaware and spent time in Charleston, St. Augustine, and Alaska before graduating from UD with a degree in Agriculture and Natural Resources and coming back to Sussex County. His wallpaper career began at age 19 when he started out as an apprentice for one of the best paper hangers in the business, Joe Dougherty. They worked together until 2008 when the market collapsed and wallpaper jobs became more rare. It was then that Scott really started to focus on his own painting business, though he always stayed in touch with Joe, even working jobs together throughout the years. Scott has over 20 years of painting experience and a handful in paper hanging. He is a skilled craftsman and takes an immense amount of pride in each job.

When he's not working on jobs, he's working on the small farm where he lives with his wife Carlie and 3 young children: Eamer, Abel, and Arlo. He's known around their house as "the fun parent" and always finds time for his family. (He also bakes a mean loaf of sourdough bread.)
